That collegiality and family aspect may be cited often, but it is effectively so. Especially if you've been working here for a longer period of time, you know a lot of people. Everyone helps each other when there are problems. Also from above ‘the management’, you call them that, but actually they are colleagues. They sit at the table with you and participate in the crazy things. I really like that!
The mutual atmosphere is fantastic. When we need help or have questions, we can go directly to any colleague. Everyone is always ready to share tips and tricks on how to complete something efficiently. Communication with the business manager is the same informal and accessible way. For me, this remains a real family business, where we don't address each other as Mr. or Mrs., but simply by first name.
